Wireless Portable Printer Models

Wireless portable printer models aren’t too difficult to come by as most major brands have lines of wireless portable printers.  But, as with many pieces of new technology finding the best out of the dizzying array of wireless portable printers can be difficult.  Read on to find out which of the ‘big’ brands is the best!

First I’m going to be taking a brief look at Wireless HP Printers which I’d say of all the big printer makers probably have the second largest range.  HP Printers are in general very good and have very moderate prices, but I’ve found when the company ventures into areas unknown to them they do tend to make mistakes in design which I’d say means that Canon Portable Printers are superior overall.  Now of course both are good… but why go for number two?

Printstik mobile printer are a very specific type of wireless printer, meaning that although they are both mobile and wireless they don’t tend to have many functions.  Now this may seem like a negative, but if you need to carry it in a large pocket or small bag, its lack of functions actually makes the device much smaller and hence far more mobile that most other portable printer units.

Moving on from that, another specific type of portable wireless printer is actually from Zebra, with their portable printers designed specifically for a work environment.  The Zebra portable printer allows the user to print of information, scan bar codes, sell products and generally keep things in order while moving.  Now this may not seem like a big deal to you or more, but if you can imagine the usefulness of basically a portable till in a large store then things maybe become clearer as to their usefulness.

Canon Portable Printers are at the moment the ‘dons’ of the printing world with their variety of laser portable printer units – only matched by their supreme quality.  Of course not every single one of their printers are perfect, and it would be wrong of me to say so.  You might want to see the advantages of wireless portable printers too.  But on a proportional level, I can honestly say that overall, all things taken into consideration they do seem to be the best when it comes to:

  • Variety of models (to suit every person’s needs)
  • Availability
  • Price
  • Product durability

Which pretty much makes Canon the first place to take a good in-depth look at when choosing which portable wireless printer to buy.
